It's time for Slide & Glide: 8 down, 3 to go!

Since last Saturday I've done 8 of the 11 new workouts. I'm about to head to the basement and do #9: Slide 'n Glide. My body is curious about what my head has planned, as my body is really feeling sore from the last week! So far, Afterburn has lived up to it's name and given me the biggest after-effect: my quads and glutes were stiff and sore for 3 days! Tri-Sets Lower Body, done yesterday, is faaaaantastic! That may be the reason my butt wants to stay glued to this chair this morning. But I shall persevere and stop procrastinating! Off to slide and glide! By the end of the warm up I'll be feeling peppy again, right? Tomorrow I will finish the whole schebang with CycleMax followed by YogaMax. Then I'll write an assessment of the entire series, because my fingers will likely be the only part of my body that can still work!
