<--had tonsils removed and now sleeps quite well. Is still dealing with alpha intrusions but is working with Dr to determine it <--wants to go on medication or try to ease the symptoms with therapy.
<--had a new nephew (Mason Kendall Freeman) on Dec 26th

I've done a few rotations through the 4DS. Well, not rotations, just, I did all 4 in no particular order over the past few weeks. Love em! Love the step w/o's more I think due to fun music but I'm working some DOMS today and I don't go very heavy. Hope you enjoy it and I'll await your opinions.
