Planned an easier lower body day today but ended up doing ICE CLB mishmosh premix with BB mixed in. I could barely jump by the end of it. I had intended to do RWH CUB tomorrow but I'm changing that, can't do that kind of cardio two days on the run.
Not much else to report here, no news is good news!
 
Hello! Today did a Julia workout, legs and chest. Lisa, your nails look good with your new bike! Ronne, so cold here, speaking of wind! The snow is starting, forecast says snow everyday until next Tuesday! Roxie, I do not like burpees! Probably why I'm so bad at them! Jody found us! 3 12's are rough, mentally and physically, all you do is work and sleep. Did you like Moana? I saw a preview for Sing and it looks adorable. Hi Murphy! Have to get shopping, my dad's birthday is Saturday! Good day to all! Mary
 
60 min spinning, didn't go as hard today. Hoping to walk outside tomorrow if it's not a tundra. Jody, old spin bike went to DS, he's trying to lose weight. Ronne, you crack me up about Mary creating a breeze, nothing new here either. Roxie, you're killing the studiosweat spinning. Mary, I don't see outdoor riding for a while, seems Suki is missing it

Mary - we've gone mild again here. Up to 12 degrees (55). DH brought me a free temp gauge from the local supermarket, it tells you when to put the heating on etc, quite useful when I'm working at home, anyway, it's got both C & F on it so I can now quickly translate for you!

Lisa - enjoy the snow!!

Did two ICE MM sections, back and triceps. Really felt the triceps. Had to drop to 10lbs for the second and third rounds.
Going to have my hair done tomorrow. Cover the grey for Christmas! Have a nice weekend everyone.
 
Good afternoon! Lazy this morning, I started a KCM workout, 20 minutes in, I just wasn't feeling it, then did a Julia workout, made for a long workout! Ronne, we have the furnace running! Only 24 F, which is -something in Celsius! Enjoy your hair! Lisa, did you get a lot of snow? We are on the west side of town, we didn't get much, the east side got a foot! Roxie, do you have to get on and off the bike for those workouts? Jody, hope you are surviving work! Hi Murphy! Good weekend to you! Mary
 
FT today, woot a Cathe workout! Then added on 30 min of spinning and really burned calories! Murphy, FT seemed foot and toe friendly. Mary, only 4 inches but so cold it's not going anywhere! Really missing outdoor riding! Can't believe spin bike came at the exact time I needed it! Really enjoying the Peloton workouts but it was nice doing something different with Cathe though I never get the calories burn the workout manager has (says 500 for FT, I got 300). Ronne, you can now speak our temperature language, was -8 night before last for a low, 8 for a high, finally today we're above freezing. I remember as a kid we were supposed to learn the metric system because USA was going to be converting. Guess that idea died on the vine! Mary, I puttered around a lot this morning but really got into working out once I got going. Now I'm too tired to dust!that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!

Good Evening,

This morning I did a StudioSweat Spin workout from December 8 2016 really short 25 minutes but a nice Calorie burn. It was really cold here.

Lisa-we use the metric system a lot in Pharmacy some of the test questions were about millimeters, liters an grams wish I would have paid closer in school.

Mary-no those workouts don't require the bike.

Roxie - I like short workouts.

Got the rest of the Christmas shopping done on Saturday. It was horrible weather, chucking it down, running out of the rain between shops. Not very festive.
Yesterday, I did KCM SS premix and today LBB premix which I also shortened by skipping a few exercises. Work busy again, hoping to get my desk mainly cleared this week.
 
Ronne, good luck clearing your desk and congrats on being done w/ your shopping. Mary, how are the kids doing w/ finals? I'm expecting mine back this week. A little chaos and bird poop if she brings her crow home from the sanctuary. Mary, Lisa and Roxie, stay warm! 3 days of work done. I'm chilling a little bit but have to be careful not to twiddle my thumbs all day. I did a RWH LIH and some abs, all shortened. I recently read Girl on the Train and currently listening to audible book Fishbowl.
 
Happy Monday all! DH and I took a walk Saturday, ankle was a bit iffy in some of the snowy places but overall foot held up well even if I was slow, then XT BS BI/Tri, Sunday, nuthin, I did plan out some stockings to make for DS GF and his dog. Today 60 min of spinning and a 3 mile walk! Jody, it's easy to twiddle! sometimes I feel it's my middle name! Ronne, I'd prefer snow to rain anyday! Hellos to everyone else I can't believe I decided to do stockings at this late date! I felt bad that DS GF didn't have one and then while looking I saw a cute one for a dog, off to it!

Mary - I'm going to have try Julia, you're very keen on her! I have to get things in the post to people and meet up with friends before Christmas to hand over presents so I'm never just buying for Christmas Day.

It's my work Christmas do tonight. I'm out for drinks and dinner with one of my closest friends who is also freelance. I like to think it's the equivalent of the office Christmas party! I'm not intending to be in a fit state for work tomorrow ...
Oh, RWH LIH done - premix doing first half of each one (Jody, it's a good one you should try it. Done in 27 mins!)
 
Hello! Today did another Julia workout, a sliding disc one. Ronne, I like her workouts, a different one every day. She is incredibly strong, I don't foresee myself being able to don step-ups on 24" with 65 lbs on my shoulders, one never knows tho! Jody, you start days soon? I'll be thinking of you! Lisa, do you quilt the stockings? My MIL knitted ones for the kids, they are so dang big! It's a fortune to truly fill them! What's Roxie and Murphy up to? Today I will get out the Christmas decorations, at least that's my goal! Good day to all! Mary

Mary - that is a crazy amount of weight, my barbell only goes up to 35lbs. Enjoy the concert.

A bit tired today so took it easier with KCM AC2, the core and stretch bit. Just what I needed.

Oh wow, the day got away from me yesterday! Sewing and chatting with my friend who wants to come over after the new year and make some stockings for next Christmas since it's so late this year. I'm not done with them yet, I'll be sure to post a pic :) you know I love to post pics! I did do XT BS CBS and 30 min spin yesterday, today was 60 min spin and a 1 mile walk. Suki is so antsy, hoping to get out on the bike tomorrow, fingers crossed! Ronne, when the kids were little we put little things in the stocking, not so much now, in fact I gave the kids their stockings for their house, I figure they'll get more enjoyment out of them. I'm slowly pairing things down and giving them to the kids! Sounds like you had a good time out with other freelancers and are paying the price today? Rest up! Mary, the stockings are embroidered on the machine and quilted on the back. Busy time of year for you I bet with kid activities.! Roxie, hope today is better. I read a thread on the open discussion about meno and got the idea to add back in the progesterone to see if it improves my sleep. I'm not sleeping as well, it's either because I'm not out riding bike for 2+ hrs and or that the progestrone has worked it way out of my system. It was interesting to read that this person had same problem with estrogen patch, boom, adding 10 lbs. When I look at my records, in 1 yr I put on 20 lbs! eek! Thankfully I only have 5 more to lose, it just start3ed coming off after I quit the patch. Still irritated with that nurse that suggested it was my eating because "EVERYONE THINKS THEY EAT GOOD". Didn't mean to put that in caps, but once the caps were on I felt it appropriate! :) Still mad at that NP at the dr, I think I'll need to find new drs, not happy with any I have since my good ones have either retired or retired because of health issues ( except the dermatologist. )

I did KCM Meltdown Boxing and it was an ok workout probably would have been better if I had an actual bag. I don't see work calming down any time soon boss is on maternity leave an hates to admit we are short staffed.
