It's almost the weekend, what are your workouts for it?

Hello Friends of the Forum.

Mine is KM or BM2 on Saturday.

If I have energy on Sunday, it might be BC (original). Going out Sat night so it's hard to tell. Sunday AM, I have nursery at church so I need lots of energy for that.

I started doing CTX weight work y'day. I'm doing 1 or 2 bodyparts per day so I guess I'll be finishing that up as well as some cardio and abs. I also hope to get in some yoga as it was on tap for today and I blew it off. :eek:
 
goin' camping with the special needs scouts. might try to get some yoga and band work as i will be bringing my resistance band.

Tomorrow is P90X Legs and Back, Saturday is Kenpo X, Sunday off (maybe)}( (I sure do miss Cathe while doing P90X);(
 
Today will be GS BSB and 4DS HIS. Tomorrow I will be out of town for a wedding, so no workout other than running errands for the bride (I am making the wedding cake, and also mother of the ring bearer!). Sunday I hope to do GS Legs and a short cardio.
 
BELGIUM!!! That is so cool, Allison!!! Funny, I was just thinking about you as I was organizing my photo albums last night and came across my Sweatfest pictures. You're so stinking cute. It was awesom being roomies.

Wow - you do LL AND 4DS legs in one day. Yikes - I'm impressed!!!!

Tonight will be Push/Pull

Saturday will be Amy Bento's Kickbox Extreme and yoga at night

Sunday will be a run and some Upper Body weight training (no DVD)

Friday - I just finished P90X Legs & Back, ARX

Saturday - is supposed to be KenpoX but I might do a CC instead.

Sunday - rest and maybe a walk if we can get some sun in MN

This will be my first weekend to exercise in almost 4 months! On Wednesday my gyn gave me the go-ahead to get back to it, slowly and carefully were his exact words. Yay for 7 weeks post hysterectomy and ready to sweat again!!

Friday- dancing at Martina McBride concert (I'm going for free with a friend, and feel SO fortunate to be friends that are so giving!)

Saturday- I'll work 10 hours, but plan to do a very condensed Cathe step workout when I get home. Maybe a few different warm-up only segments. :p

Sunday- I might need to rest after that Cathe workout...I'll see how my body feels.

Monday- A nice long walk on the beach to kick of my "weekend". I have Tue, Wed and Thur off from work. :D

Saturday: LIS cardio only
Sunday: rest

I took a week off, my back was bothering me,x( and I want to ease into working out.
