iTread!!!!

You ladies are TOO kind! Really. But thank you for your kind words.

Emily-I followed you in lurkdom during your training and then with your post-race report. Kind of a mystery stalker. lol THANK YOU for what you did for the L&LS....families like mine are touched DIRECTLY due to people like you (and so many others).

Now I'm in the mood to run with Grace again! LOL

Emily--No WAY lady. If you're running, You. Are. Running. End of story. When I first started running there was no way I could have run at the 4mph speed, but thanks to DH, Cathe, the Cheetahs, and now iTreads I've come a long way for me. But---I've never done a marathon and am in AWE of anyone who has. At any speed. Keep truckin' girl!

Thanks Sunny! I was pretty proud too:7

Gayle-Oh yeah, retail therapy is a proven winner! And hey, you're getting something that will only make you healthier and stronger ;-)

Okay has anyone downloaded the new Set 19 iTread 'n' Tush? I did it last night. It's 45 minutes and what a blast! She does five minute intervals alternating sprints with lower body work - so you do a five minute steady state, then get off the treadmill and do side lunges and mountain climbers. Back on the TM for a sprint, then you raise the incline to 12% and stand on the siderails and do squats (OUCH) at the incline and then do a walking climb at 12%, etc. etc. Oh yeah, and there are walking lunges and wall squats ;)

I have butt DOMS today! I highly recommend this one.

I downloaded it but have yet to do it, now you have got me dying to try it:p }(

have you checked out the newsletter re: the new itrains for next month...i can't wait, i can't wait!! lol

I read that newsletter Sunny and must admit a bit of excitement about it was felt. ;)

I have been considering trying an "all ITrain" rotation one of these days, weeks or months! There are 3 cardio options I would use (Tread, Climb and Cycle) and 3 resistance training options (Isculpt, Istrength & Isculpt ballet). I have not tried Istrength yet though I have one waiting for me and I hope I like it and IBallet isn't exactly my cup of tea but I could deal doing it once a week for a while....What do you think? Does it sound like a workable thing and who here would like to join me???}(

Wendy- oh wendy, i did an itrain rotation last month and loved it!! definitely dropped a bit a bodyfat and had alot of fun with my workouts. i believed they helped my endurance for my 10k!

yesterday i did iscuplt ballet 4 and kind of liked it. not in love with it but i can see where that type of workout is necessary.
i would join you (cuz you know how i love my itrains;) ) but i've decided to do a BBC rotation for july. it's definitely doable!
enjoy!!:)

Thanks Sunny! Well I won't be doing an ITrain rotation quite yet! I started a GS/Pyramid rotation this week that I want to finish atleast but now that I know you've done it and had success it will definately be on my "to do" list! Thanks!:)

I love Itrain workouts as well. My faves are the ItriTrain - 15 mins on tread, 15 on climb, 20 on the bike and then back on the tread for 15 minutes. It's an awesome workout and I burn over 700 calories. Besides, with my plantar fasciitis AND IT band problems, this mixes it up enough that I don't have problems with either!

Sadly enough, I've found that step is the exercise that bothers my PF so I only do it once a week...I'm actually considering selling my step and DVD's but just can't bring myself to do it!
