Ohhhhhhhh, folks. We have another iTread convert! ENJOY!
(you can burn them to a CD, save them to your PC, synch them right to an mp3 player/iPod or just keep them in your "download" tab at the iTrain website)
My current favorite iTreads are:
set 13 Sprints, 30 min
set 19 Sprints, 30 min
set 25 Top 40, 40 min because of all the HILLS
set 26, 30 min, because it's a nice TEMPO run
set 11, 40 min, because of the tempo and the HILL at the end!
how do you know what you are getting? I wanted to pick the .99 ones first to try out and those are the A la carte workouts that says iclimb set of 5 40 min but how do I know what the workout is really like without viewing them?

Laura,
There is a little speaker icon next to each itread in the list that allows you to hear a very short snippet. However it is too short to really get a good sense of the workout. The video fitness forum has breakdowns and descriptions of most itreads. http://forum.videofitness.com/showthread.php?t=89188&highlight=itread+reviews
I totally recommend them. I love running with CC and iTreads and have a large collection and dont regret getting any of them. They are my most used in my collection of DVDs and mp3 workouts.
Laura-are you reading the descriptions as well? Under each workout is a link called "Details and Instructions". It gives a brief overview of each workout!
I agree with Vrinda. I love running with my iTreads. I don't regret any of the ones I picked up (and I have a LOT, lol).

Gayle,
Umm-er....how can I say this...there are many things itrain tht I absolutely love, but their copy wrtining skills is not one of them.
Vrinda-HA! You're right. I noticed a while ago that some of the earlier workouts had the SAME description! Here's an idea, also. You can PM KathyG...she's my go-to gal for everything iTrain! She's got her own breakdowns of the workouts and they're ACCURATE! Hope that helps!
