I just got finished doing this workout (thanks, Shelley!) and LOVED IT!!! I managed to log 7.25 miles and it flew by! I really, really liked it! Such fun!
 
Stop giving me more w/o to become addicted to! ACK! :p

I do need to get a few more though.

Isn't it great, Lorie? I love how it's fast with not a lot of steep hills. I really credit this one with helping me to increase my speed. Sometimes I even use it outside because it's a fairly flat course. I'm doing this one tonight and I'm going to try to up my speeds a bit!
 
I loved it. The only thing I didn't do was the 3% hill at 7.3. Too much! I did it on a 1.5% incline. I guess that would be a good one to do outside.

I have decided to do a half-marathon in November (I do it almost every year) and I think this will help me to increase my speed!
 
It can definitely be used for a fast walker. She tells what settings to use for walking and even says what settings for those walkers who want to go faster. Try it, you won't be disappointed.
