iTRAIN strength

I just downloaded the 1st set of iTRAIN strength, but haven't tried it yet. Has anyone done any of the these? Curious about the rest of the strength series, too.

I did not like iStrength the first time Ilistened to it. The reason was Coach Nick does not coach to the beat of the music. After using Cathe videos for weight training, I could not imagine not setting a workout to the beat.

After more than a year, I decided to actually do the workout. It was intense and I loved it. Nick has a wonderfully motivating coaching style. His voice is full of energy.

The iStrength I have is Circuit Set 9 - 45 minutes. I stayed subscribed to iTrain for almost 2 years. I wish I'd used some credits to get more from Nick.

I also have the iTread he coached - iTread Set 25 - 30 minutes. It is one of my favorite iTreads. Here is the review I posted at VF:

Other iTrain non cardio workouts that I like:
a. iSculpt Circuit Set 12 - It is a one hour total body workout with zero equipment that burns serious calories and manages to still be tough. It is coached by Milena
b. iSculpt Circuit Set 22 45 minutes - 2 sets of dumbbells, a dynaband and a yoga mat are all you need. It starts with a bang with 100 jumping jacks. It alternates floor cardio like mountain climbers with weight exercises that use large muscle groups. Milena again.
c. iStretch Yoga Sculpt Set 29 with Buddy - I wrote a review at VF:http://forum.videofitness.com/showthread.php?t=117811&highlight=istretch+buddy

I also like the iTrain Cardio workouts that include resistance intervals. The best are:
a. iBiClimb bootcamp set 14 - This gets my vote for the best iTrain ever. It alternates treadmill intervals and elliptical intevals with resistance training off the cardio machines. It is co-coached by Keith and Grace and their chemistry is amazing in this workout. A fun, tough workout.
b. iTread Ballet Set 4 and Set 8 - They are each 40 minutes. they alternate 5 minutes of treadmill cario with 5 minutes of ballet barre work where you switch off the treadmill, stay right on and pretend the treadmill handrail is the barre! I usually do both back to back.

Any more questions about iTrain (except the recent ones), please let me know. :)

Thanks for your feedback, ladies! I'm looking forward to trying it, I managed to get it onto my ipod, so looks like tomorrow.

I think I have Strength 1. I didn't care for it- but I don't recall music, either- just some guy yelling "down!".
