I think it would be great to start listing what the various iTrain workouts are like (since you can't do this on their site).

I'll start:

iTread #7 (40 minute) starts out with a 6.4 speed warm-up. There is one 2% hill and one 6% hill. No sprints. Max speed is around 7.2-7.4.
