I am so sad ladies, my PS legs shredded. The ribbon came completely out and is cut off. This is a leg tape that I use often. Though I have all of the other leg tapes I still love this one. I guess I will get the dvd some time soon. It still is so depressing!

Sorry Kim, I have the PS on VHS also. I know my day is coming too when the Legs & Abs tape breaks. I use it oten.

Welcome to my world Kim! Doesn't it feel like an accomplishment in a strange sort of way?

I did my brand new Power Max video this morning (would've liked the DVD but apparently the older workouts only come in VHS) & it was such a pleasure having a brand new, crystal clear tape. Also a pleasure to hear my sneakers squeaking on my step during those 360s from the puddle of sweat I made!

LauraMax, Power Max is on DVD - the Cardio Hits one. I have it, and it too is one of my favorites of Cathe's older step workouts.
