Well - I am back. The last time I signed on to this website was back in August. Which was also the last time I did any Cathe DVD's. I dug my step out today and did Basic Step and Gym Style Back, Shoulders Biceps for a refresher (with pretty light weights of course.)

Sometimes I get into the ruts were I just don't want to workout and can't get out of it.

Hopefully THIS time I will stay around permanently :) Here's to the new plan!
 
Congratulations for getting started again! You're pretty persistent, which is excellent. You'll make it stick - I am confident!! (I say that because I do the same thing - I feel like I'm starting all over, and I really want to make the changes permanent - LOL!)
