It depends on what kind you eat. For instance, yogurt with fruit in the bottom, has way too many calories, and too much sugar. I have read that you should buy plain yogurt and add your own fruit, but I HATE the way plain yogurt taste. Some people eat cottage cheese, again this is nasty for me, but I am a picky eater. So you just have to make sure it is low fat, and low sugar, and low calories. I don't eat yogurt anymore, but when I did, I bought it from my local Ralph's grocery store, it was sweetend with splenda and had 12 grams of protein.
