Personally, I just did this rotation before the new dvds and I would get rid of Ciruit Max and do a one hour cardio only workout. There are some great hi/lo or kickbox mishmoshes that are fun that you could do, or even an hour of step(maybe SB or RS if you have it)

Otherwise- have fun! This was a great rotation.

It is a good work out I agree- but personally if I am lifting heavy twice a week, I don't include circuits. JMO- Also, if you look at Cathes rotations with the pyramids, she either does like I suggested or pub/plb once a week and THEN a circuit.
Maybe you can use circuit max with the cardio only- that would be fun!:)

A mishmosh is taking some of Cathes workouts and using them together. A-Jock has some very good ones.
An example would be using the kickbox from Kick Max, the step portion of SJP and the hi/lo only from Circuit Max for a 10-10-10 mish mosh. If you do an advanced search in the open discussion forum you can find them:)
