was thinking about trying this routine this week and wanted to know your opinion.
Monday: High step challenge
Tuesday: GS Legs abs
wednesday: cardio only (Imax 2)
thursday: PP upper body only premix
friday: low impact circuit
saturday: cardio only (run or hardcore extreme)
I will choose lighter weights on my circuit days and heavier on the upper and lower body days. i'm trying to incorporate both strength and circuit workouts b/c i love them both so much. do you think this is too much? thanks
 
This looks good to me, but I think I'd swich Friday and Saturday. Do just cardio on Friday since you did upper body the day before. Do LIC on Saturday.
