Is this doable?

We have popsicle molds that come with sticks that hold the thawed off juice (or whatever) and you can then drink it, so no waste and minimal mess.

We have made popsicles using pudding and it worked out really well. :9 I love all these other ideas! I will have to try some; my DD's will love all the add in ideas like berries. Cool

I think glass does crack when you freeze it.

I've frozen juices & the like using a good old fashioned ice cube tray. And I've seen those popsicle makers, they come in really cute shapes & sizes.

Or toss chunks of the bakery item in with milk of one's choice, then freeze (that way, you get a "milk and cookies" frozen treat).
