Is this a knee injury?

I am not quite sure if I injured my knee or my calf. I am having tightness and soreness behind my knee and calf. I do warm up and stretch before and after my workouts. It's been bothering me for about 4 days or so. I just put some icy hot on it and am hoping it will help some. I have never had any problems with my knees and calves, so any insight would be greatly appreciated.

A friend of mine hurt her knee and her pain is and always has been right behind her knee. Just be careful with it and go see the doc if it persists. A knee injury is nothing to fool around with!
 
When my knee was injured, sometimes I would also feel tightness and/or pain in my calf. I was told it could be the calf muscle trying to compensate for the injured knee.

Yours doesn't sound like an actual knee injury to me (not that I'm a professional or anything), since all the pain is behind it, but maybe you pulled something. It probably wouldn't hurt to take a day or two off to see if that helps.
