Is There Any Way to Get a List of the Exercises on Discs 3 and 6 of Meso 1?

This is the only Meso set I don't have, and when I rented Discs 3 and 6 awhile back, I really liked them. However, I only want to download one of them right now and can't recall which one I liked better. Thanks for any help.

Yes, go to the Workout Manager and click on STS in the gray toolbar at the top of the page. There is a drop down menu for each of the STS Discs, so you select Disc 3 or Disc 6 and look at what is on each disc. You can print it, too.

Thanks so much. Earlier, I was able to get video clips of disc 3 but not disc 6, so your reply really helped.
