I would think KPC is an advanced workout although I do think most of Cathe's workouts are advanced. However, if you only do the first part or the last part of KPC, then it is easier.
You can also try maximum intensity cardio, which is in the rythmic step+ DVD, but again, if you do the whole workout at once, then it's pretty hard, but if you seperate the workout into 2 parts, then it should be fine.
