I record my weights on a 4 x 6 index card, it's the perfect size to fit right in the video box. Anyway, I just sat down one day and previewed all three tapes and wrote down the exercise sequences, wrote them on the cards, and recorded my weights the first time I did the tape. I am not exactly sure if this is what you want, hope it helps:
