I am finding it difficult to remember what weights I used from one workout to the next so it has been impossible to progress with some regularity. I want to post the exercises on a dry eraser board in my fitness room with the weights as I use them so I can monitor my strength. Can anyone help, please?

Hi Vicki!

I record my weights on a 4 x 6 index card, it's the perfect size to fit right in the video box. Anyway, I just sat down one day and previewed all three tapes and wrote down the exercise sequences, wrote them on the cards, and recorded my weights the first time I did the tape. I am not exactly sure if this is what you want, hope it helps:

PS:SLA
front lunges
back lunges
static lunges
plie squats side to side
plie squats in place
step ups and downs
squats
sit and stand squats
quarter dead lifts
calf raises
inner thigh lifts
outer thigh lifts
hamstring lifts (those "bridge" things)

PS:CST
pushups set 1
pushups set 2
chest press light
chest press heavy
incline press
dumbbell presses
dumbbell flyes
flye/press combo
Arnold presses
seated clean and press
reverse flyes
seated side laterals
dumbbell triceps press
French press
crossbody kickbacks
final French press

PS:BBA
T-bar rows
bent over rows overhand
bent over rows underhand
lat rows
shrugs
barbell curls
alternated seated curls
barbell curls set 2
concentration curls
abs

Now, I sure will feel silly if that is not at all what you're looking for, LOL! I think the idea of a dry-erase board is great! I really need a workout room! -susan p

Thanks that's exactly it!!

I hate to take advantage of your hard work but you saved me a lot of time I could spend exercising. I am so glad I asked.
Thank you again.

Thanks, Susan!

This is a great list that will definitely come in handy. I'm going to print it out now. One note though, I think CST actually ends with tricep dips? Just did that tape last night and I remember that part because I never do dips (ouchy on the wrists). Thanks again!!!

You just saved me a lot of work also.

I've been wanting to do a list like this for a long time but just haven't been able to get to it. So THANKS!!! to you and to Vicki for asking. You didn't happen to do one for MIS and/or BodyMax, did you?:) Thought I'd ask, just in case.:)

Thanks Susan!

That's great that you shared that with all of us and the great idea about putting them on index cards and then inside your tape cover--How clever!! Thanks you guys-you're all great and isn't it neat to hear Cathe's "voice" again?!!!

you know Pamela. . .

you're so right!! Sorry guys! Add triceps dips to the end of the CST list. In this case Pamela rather than being the other HALF of my brain, you are just the other one-fortieth of my brain. . . what a demotion!

I also forgot to mention "abs" at the end of SLA. Heck by the end of SLA there is no circulation to my brain at all, that's probably why! -susan p
