Is PUB considered an endurance workout?

I just wanted to get other people's opinions on whether PUB would be considered an endurance workout due to the high number of repetinions performed (in total) for each excercise. Since there isn't much rest between sets I feel as though each body part is sort of like one giant endurance set. Am I totally wrong? I just want to figure out how to categorize it so that I'll be able to better plan my rotations. I guess it may very well be one of those workouts that is in between endurance and heavy. What type of strength gains have people experienced with this workout? I am grateful for all opinions.

Take care,

IMO, PUB is a combination of both endurance (during the low weight, high rep parts) and strength (high weight, low rep).

I noticed strength gains in my chest and biceps (my "needs work" areas). I found the bicep work exceptionally tough, but well worth it.

That's how I see it.

5 supersets without significant rest = 124 reps Yikes.

If that's not endurance, then I don't know what is. :D

I think done as-is, it is definitely more of an endurance workout. But you can make it more of a strength workout by putting longer breaks (but not too long!) between sets.
