I'm really sorry I never responded to your question! I didn't see it until now. If you are still around, I was wondering if you came up with anything? I like your idea for two body parts a day. Here's what I came up with...
Day 1: Back & Biceps
Day 2: Chest & Triceps
Day 3: Cardio/abs
Day 4: Total body like MM or ME
Day 5; Cardio/abs
Day 6: Legs & Shoulders
Day 7: Rest
On days one and two, if the weight workout was about 30 min long you would still have time for 30 min. of cardio. I think I'll give this a try when I'm done with my current rotation!
