Is Muscle Endurance the same as Body Pump???

Can anyone tell me if Muscle Endurance is the same as Body Pump video? I am really interested in buying the Body Pump video but just wanted to know if its the same thing as Muscle Endurance. Thank you for your help.

The body pump video is only 44 mins and it's "great" for when you need to work the total body when you are time crunched! The music is bumping and the workout is refreshing, go for it, you'll be glad you did!(time just flies by)It's one of those videos where if you work out at night,and you are feeling lil sluggish, you don't dread doing this one}( Some exercises are in ME(crazy' 8s for example) but bodypump is more like POWERHOUR than ME)

Cathe teaches Bodypump and her video Powerhour is similiar in style.
