I thought it was going to be a rest day... but now I'm planning to do a treadmill run. (Enjoyed scones and almond croissants for breakfast this morning!) Are you other moms working out.... or chilling out?:)

I went for a run and did Leaner Legs this morning and am spending the rest of the day with my family and in-laws! :)

My first reply was, "no"... I helped pick up my sons bedroom, have to go grocery shopping and then make dinner. But I see your asking about workout out! Yes!! I did 30 minutes of cardio and GS BSB and Core Max 1.

DH & I worked out. We're not near our mom's so no gatherings today. We went to the gym for a fast run/interval sprint and heavy upper body lifting.

Live with sincerity, love with passion, and dance like you mean it.

I'm walking past the computer on my way to the treadmill and then some yoga. Other than that, I'm off in every since of the word. Wait now, some of you are saying "yeah, even mentally off". Well, that's ok, too.:p

It ended up being an unplanned rest day. My FIL, 3 daughters and I put together a trampoline with enclosure for our back yard and a basketball stand for the driveway. I got a new bike yesterday and will go for a long ride tomorrow. In light of the yummy buffet brunch and hearty Sunday supper I'm kinda wishing I had squeezed in a workout this morning. All in all I'm having a pretty wonderful Mother's Day,.......I'm off to bounce around with the Kiddies they're having way too much fun without me!:7

I went to the pool where my son was lifeguarding and did my laps. He said, it is Mother's day, you are suppose to rest, take it easy.

I said, no, it is my day to do what I want, which is to work out!

I had a great workout with John Mayer in my ipod on the treadmill. It was a great run, because my hubby took the kids to the park. He also got me a lb. of See's candy. }( I definitley ate all day, but no guilt here for the mother of 3.:)

I did WoodHaulMax Mother's Day afternoon. I had to move all the unused wood stacked on the patio to the woodpile in the back yard so I could put out my Mother's Day gift - a copper wood pit. We had a delightful evening sitting around the fire.
