Is MM like my beloved ME?

I don't have too many DVDs (about 6-7) because I have such a hard time making up my mind about anything, the last thing I need is to waste anymore time picking which workout to do. I do love BC and ME the best and L&G/KPC of course. Thankfully, they are 2 on each DVD. I was thinking maybe to get MM as I like the full body workouts these days minus the cardio. Is it similar in intensity, reps, etc as ME? If I get it what length should I get the bands in? I know they sell them nearby at a store that has the rolls so I can cut however much I need.

MM is different enough from ME and BC.

I love it because it has some great pre-mixes. I like it because it mixes strength and endurance. Cathe mixes up the count and will have you lift slowly - 4 up 4 down then switch to 2 -2. Also the band is really effective.

It is very intense and I consider it advanced.

Oh - I hope you like pushups because there are a couple of tough sets.

The abs are great in this one too.

I use the band that came with the hardcore set.

I don't think you will be dissapointed.

You'll need 6 foot bands for MM (and all the Hardcores that use bands). I bought some bands at Walmart, all excited to try them out, and found out they were 4' bands - WAY too short! Whoops! :) (I have since purchased 6' bands, and that is much better!)

I just have to add that MM is one of my favorite total body workouts now! I just love it and the core work is good.

Hi Skye,

IMO, if you want something similar to ME, you should go with Power Hour. ME and PH are really, really similar. MM is a great total body workout, but more oriented towards building muscle, and not enduranced focused as are PH and ME.

If you buy the PH dvd, you get two other solid workouts, as well.

Good luck in your decision! It's always hard to decide which one to get, when they all look so good!

Cheers,
Sandra
