Hi Cathe,
Like a lot of your internationally based fans, I don't own a High Step and so far have not been able to find a company in the UK who actually sells these. I really like the sound of your forthcoming workouts but I wonder if it would be worth pre-ordering them if I don't have a High Step? Will those of us without a High Step be able to modify and still get a good workout?

I appreciate that you may be working on the choreography and may not be able to answer this question right away.

we asked this question in another thread just below yours, a few days ago. We haven't heard yet whether the cardio can be done ona regular club step. We hope so, but only Cathe can tell.....

I would like to know the same thing. I would also like to know how many risers she will be using for the advanced workout. I am considering ordering the high step but I'm not sure how many risers I need. I already have 4, so maybe I just need one more.
