I know what you're all thinking - not another fitness toy, Fitnik!
But.........I really enjoy running and in the past have found it to be the most complete, “catch all” form of exercise for me but have not done any for months. I can only work out in the mornings at 6.30 and it’s just too dark in London at that time. DH is not happy about me running along the river when there could be weirdos lurking there and I don’t blame him, plus it’s too darn cold in the mornings anyway! I have (cardio-wise) an elliptical trainer, a rebounder, a Reebok step and jump rope, which I do use regularly. I am wondering if I should get a treadmill?? The impact would not be an issue for me at all.
Any advice from those of you who have treadmills would be much appreciated (including recommended brands etc..). I am seriously considering this………………
