Has anyone out there lost bodyfat without losing weight once they got close to their target goal? I mean I know in the beginning when you workout you put on muscle and lose bodyfat. I mean later when your really starting to see some results and your pretty comfortable with your weight, you just want to lose the fat. Right now I'm in the strength rotation, can you do it on the strength rotation or do you need to go on the fatloss rotation, and if so, do you just keep your calories the same so that you don't lose the muscle you've built up? Any advice would be great, it always seems like that's a tricky road losing the fat without losing the muscle. Thanks
