Hi, I have a queston regarding the need for rotations. I do understand that it is necessary to rotate, but do I really have to rotate every week? All the rotations switch videos every week, I don`t like to switch every single day
Is it less effective to use the same program, say GymStyle , for a couple of months, than to use all the different videos in a constant mix? Of course there should be weight increases when needed, but no "switching around" all the time. I have a medical condition and I have to keep track on what is working for me, and i find it to be difficult to evaluate on whar level I can exercise if I do a different workout "every day". I´m sorry if I have bad spelling, english is not my first language
