Is it really necessary to rotate all the time?

Hi, I have a queston regarding the need for rotations. I do understand that it is necessary to rotate, but do I really have to rotate every week? All the rotations switch videos every week, I don`t like to switch every single day :confused:

Is it less effective to use the same program, say GymStyle , for a couple of months, than to use all the different videos in a constant mix? Of course there should be weight increases when needed, but no "switching around" all the time. I have a medical condition and I have to keep track on what is working for me, and i find it to be difficult to evaluate on whar level I can exercise if I do a different workout "every day". I´m sorry if I have bad spelling, english is not my first language :eek:

How often should you change your workouts?

You certainly don't have to do a different workout every day or week, but it is important to mix things up occasionally to avoid plateaus. Opinions vary on how often you should do this, but if you find your results have stagnated or you're getting tired of your workouts, it's time for a change.
