I tried more weights and then more cardio and circuit workouts such as Drill Max, and Butts & Guts / Leg and Glutes for my legs but only since I started Kickboxing, 3 weeks ago, only once a week because it kills me that I am seeing results. After only 3 workouts. I am chocked. So I bought Kickmax, since I only have KPC and Kickboxing from 4 days split. This weekend i will try Kickmax.
Is it because it's new to my body? I am really chocked. My abs are FINALLY kind of showing and my arms are less puffy and my legs are slightly smaller.
Anyone else experienced that? I wonder if it's kickboxing or a different workout.
I remember 2 years ago I got super toned with circuits workouts and I was just not seeing the same effects anymore. I use to hate kickboxing, now I am addicted.
