Hello All,
I have been doing the Slow & Heavy workouts, which I LOVE I noticed that I have had some serious delayed muscle sorness kick in about the second day after the workout. I run over every day and I use one the Slow and Heavy workouts every other day. I am in good shape and I am not new to exercising or weight training. I was just wondering if anyone is feeling the same way or is it just me?
