I agree that Amy presents some kickboxing moves that seem awkward and don't make sense (like hooks off the back arm). Even when Cathe's kickboxing form wasn't all that, she sequenced moves well and presented moves that were more authentically kickboxing and could be done safely. I modify Amy's KB workout a lot. I think she does hi-lo better than KB.
