Hi Cathe,
I know that all videos should be modified for one's current exercise level, but when I see terms like "Terminator" and "For those ready for the next level" I wonder how fit one should be before trying the new Intensity series.
This month I'm resuming my exercise program after a 3 month break.( I'm a Yo-Yo exerciser
). I think I was at intermediate level before I stopped-exercised 4-5 x week, could run 5 miles, and could actually stand after doing Leaner legs with a 40# barbell (milestones for me!!)
I've had great success modifying your videos over the last 2-3 years, but was thinking that the level of the current videos might be a little out of reach.
What would be a good gauge for me to determine when I'm ready for this video series? BTW, I have most of the videos you've produced over the last 4 years, so I've got variety and challenging covered.
Thanks for pushing me to higher fitness levels! I just need you to make a video on how to stay motivated and committed over the long term!! (maybe a subliminal tape!);-)
