IS: How long from Presale to release?

Hi,
I was just wondering how long it was from the Intensity series presale to actual DVD release? I know the series came out on DVD in Late Dec/January, but how long did you have to wait from the Preorder?

I didn't know if SNM could film and produce new DVDs by this summer. I thought the DVD post-production took a while. Do you think this means that the VHS will be released this summer? I just can't go back to VHS!!

I don't recall how long it was between presale and actual "DVD's in hand". It seems to me that the DVD's came out about a month(?) after the VHS...but they were worth the wait!

It's almost three month from the beginning of the pre-sale and the release of the workouts.

VHS are so far always first to ship out because the DVDs take a tad longer, but last time the difference was only about two weeks.

Cathe usually gives very good pre-sale prices, you won't find those workouts cheaper later at her website. And she doesn't really change anything in the workout itself once the pre-sale starts - another plus here. You know exactly what you are getting and what equipment is needed.

Methinks your memory is rather optimistic!! I'm sure I was salivating over the news and reviews of the video version of the workouts for longer than 2 weeks! I'd love it if it only were two weeks later.

I think it was around the end of the year when the Intensity VHS came out. I didn't receive my DVDs (shipping took a week) until the 1st or 2nd week of February. It was around a month.

I preordered in September, so it was a 4½-month-long wait for me between the preorder and the arrival.

I agree w/ MsChana... Pre order starts in Sept, filming in Nov, VHS shipped out right after New Years' and I received DVDs in early Feb.

Thanks for the replies! So, it IS possible that the videos/DVD will be in hand by the end of August!?

I want to take advantage of the presale but wasn't sure if I would be paying 5-6 months before receiving workout. Maybe I could wait to the end of the preorder period Thanks again!
