Is Cathe using weighted gloves in Kick, Punch and Crunch?

Hi:

I see that Cathe and Crew have on gloves in this workout, but does anyone know if they are weighted?

Cathe said soon after the Body Blast was released and someone asked this question, that they are not weighted. I am sure.

Mogambo you are right, I remember her saying that too. I think she said they just wrapped their hands because it helped them keep proper alignment for their punches, but there are no weights in them.

Nope no weights just hand wraps to keep the wrist in alignment I believe
