Is Cathe Good about Fixing Messed Up Orders?

I ordered the 4 Body Blast DVD's and got my package today. One DVD was backordered and another was just missing! I called but got some answering service so then emailed them the problem. Is she good about fixing messed up orders and how long does it take to resolve the problem. I'm new to Cathe so was quite disappointed and now a little worried...
 
Hi, Brenda. It's my experience that SNM Video is very good about correcting mistakes in shipping quickly. I've had maybe one mistake during my entire customer history (I requested the CTX + C-Max / C-Kicks package and only got CTX); I e-mailed them and got a response and another ship-out almost immediately, no fuss and no muss.

Don't worry - it'll get fixed fairly quickly.

Hi,

I've had a couple of mixups with Cathe orders - both times getting the wrong DVDs - and SNM was very quick to correct the mistakes. Both times I got an email back the same day, and they arranged a UPS pickup for the wrong order and sent my correct order right away.

Brenda...I would like to know if you have received ANY correspondance from SNM? I have a order placed that seems to be lost and I have sent emails the past two days and no one has YET to contact me. Calling the 800 number is futile as well.

I get very nervous when people start messing around with MY money.
 
As a matter of fact, no... I haven't heard anything from anybody. I left a message with their answering service to call me but they didn't. I also emailed them yesterday afternoon and so far I haven't heard a word yet... What's up with that?
 
Whoops, I spoke too soon. I just received an email saying they were putting the Timesaver DVD in the mail today...
 
Well I'm glad you have gotten some satisfaction, Brenda. I still have not received any contact from SNM. I sent two more emails this morning, one to each address. I'll have to contact my cc company if I don't hear from SNM today.
 
So I guess you never got a tracking number and ETA? That sounds like pretty poor business. Even if your order was lost or backordered or whatever, you'd think they would be curtious enough to respond to an inquiry. Good luck to you!
