It is similar in style, but not in intensity. Circuit Max is on a par with IntervalMax One, in other words, as challenging as anything on the market, while Cardio and Weights is on the other extreme, one of Cathe's easiest cardios.
They both have circuits of cardio followed by compound exercises. CircuitMax has 6 circuits, then at the end she adds some back and chest work.
Cardio and Weights has 4 circuits with cardio, compound exercises, then upper body alone. I find this workout to be so easy I only use the premixes on easy days, I never do the whole thing. CircuitMax is for a day when I'm ready for some really tough relentless cardio. My heartbeat goes high and stays there.
