Is BC/ME enough of a weighted workout for now?

I consider myself a intermediate - low advanced exerciser.

I recently purchased BC/ME dvd. Im really looking to do a fat blasting rotation.
So I was thinking of doing something like this.....

Mon:Boot Camp & Treadmill 30 min
TUe: Interval Step Workout
Wed: Boot Camp
Thur: Step Max
Fri:Kick Punch, Crunch Boot Camp
Sat: Step Heat

Mon: ME
Tue: KPC
Wed: ME
Thur: Interval Step Workout
Fri" ME & Treadmill
Sat: Step Max

So doing boot camp & Muscle Endurance 3 x a week enough weighted workout in my routine? I want to blast the fat and tone/define?

This strikes me as being just fine for where you are right now. Within a month or two you might like to challenge yourself further by getting PUB and PLB and/or S&H series for some more serious muscle building.

Do your rotattion, enjoy it, and reassess your gains and new goals within a couple of months, OK?
