I haven't done one in so long!!! Then again I barely stick with anything....surprised I have been married this long:) JUST JOKING!!!!!
I was looking through the rotation forum last night but there are some workouts I don't have.I have all of her workouts on tape but not DVD.I do have the terminatior DVD and the High Step.I was thinking that maybe I could do cardio 6 x a week and weights 3 x a week.Or I could focus on curcuit style training for a few weeks and not heavy weights. Then maybe once a week I could do PH or ME.I think I need to come up with something.
I just wanted to see what everyone else is doing and what you have acheived.
Thanks,
Lori:)

I never found a Cathe rotation that would work for me. I just did whatever I wanted to that day. But after reading about P90X I decided to try it. So that is the rotation I am currently doing and I really like it. I am on my 4th week, I also run 3 days a week. I have lost 13 lbs as I started a new diet at the same time. I also still do some of the Cathe workouts with P90X..I think Cathe is the best but I wanted to try something different...:)...Carole

Hi Lori, I am doing a rotation that someone posted for another poster on the Ask Cathe forum I think. It is a one body part per day using Slow and Heavy and then different 30 min. cardios like the KPC conditioning premix, or half of IMAX 1 or 2, I modify since I don't have some of the exact workouts. Like for 30 min. cardio I do MIC either the step or the hi/lo, I do the Body Max step only, or All Step step only, today for instance on this rotation it is Slow and Heavy Legs and Shoulders only. This is the only day you don't do cardio. Then on Saturdays you do a Circuit workout. The poster said that if you got tired of doing S&H you could sub. Pure Strength exercises and also the Pyramids for the different parts on that day. You start with Chest on M, Back on T, L&S on W, Triceps on TH, then Biceps on Fr. I did S&H for 2 weeks then did a week of PS now I am back to S&H. You get your workout done in a little over an hour.:7

I am enjoying this rotation.:D

Hope that helps you some!!:D
