Is 1RM updated when I update workout results?

1st questin:
I've completed Meso 1 and have started Meso 2. When I started meso 1 it was very very difficult for me but I'm not feeling as "pushed" in meso 2. Was I supposed to repeat the 1RM on the recovery week to accomodate for any gains in strength?

2nd question:
When I update my workout calendar with the actual weight/reps that I completed, does the computer factor in those results when creating the next routine for the same body part?

Thank you in advance,
D

One Rep Max

Question #1. No, there is no need to redo your 1 Rep Max. Just adjust your weights if you feel they're not challenging enough. We make this very easy to do in the Workout Manager. In the "Calendar" view just select your STS workout and select edit workout details. When your workout card loads click on the edit icon next to the exercise you want to adjust. Then select "yes" when asked if you want to re-calculate your 1RM. Next enter the weight of the dumbbell or barbell that you would like to use next time for that exercise. The Workout Manager will reverse engineer your 1RM based on the weight you want to use next time. Your 1RM will be changed for all future workouts as will the weight you will need to use.

Question #2. No, but if you click on the edit icon next to the exercise and follow the steps I mentioned above your 1RM will be adjusted for all future workouts.
