Has anyone read the E-book Iron Dolls (ElitePhysique website) I'm curious about the content and what population it's geared for - bodybuilders/fitness competitors?

I recently posted that I would like to purchase this book. Right now, I have too much "on my plate" to read another book.

I've been interested in this book. I have not bought it simply because I have little money and for the fact that I prefer to have a book in hand to read instead of reading it on the computer. There's a good chance I'd make the sacrifice to buy it if it were an ordinary paperback book.

I suppose I could print it off but why should I pay for that too.
