Hey Hey!!! Happy Happy Friday to all!!!!
I've been doing Push/Pull this week. I'm doing lighter/easier weight workouts up until I restart STS in Aug. I forgot all about this little gem I've been using the wts Cathe uses to keep it a little easier and am enjoying it. Its been a very long time since I've done this one, and I forgot about the inverted shoulder press. I've often wondered why its on this particular DVD, bc the rest of it is easy enough, but not that move.
I can't do it??? I couldn't do back when I was doing this DVD on a more regular basis, and I don't know why. I can do a pike on a ball, I can do pushups, I can hold the inverted position, but my arms won't bend! Core tight, arms and legs straight but not locked, and then.....nothing! Can't do it. I think it may be a mental block. I'm afraid of dropping myself and cracking my skull open or breaking my neck. I like to stay in one piece Is there a trick or a secret to this? I've been using the overhead press sub, but I don't want to do that, I want to do the inverted press.
