First I would like to congratulate Cathe for such a great program.I try to get back home on time to do my exercises right on time withCathe. I am a new member on this forum,this is my first time writting on a forum - but at the same time want to let you know a little problem that I have with my thyroids, how hard is for me
to get in shape.
I like to lift weight and I think that is the only way for me to loose weight. I have problems with the thyroids and I gain weight
without eating fat or 'trash' food. The treatment that I'm on makes my heartbeats to go fast and when I moved to Tallahassee I developed asthma. I can't do aerobics, because I feel that my heart wants to explode it is a really hard work for me to try to get in shape.But thanks to Cathe's TV program - watching and doing the exercises with Cathe, I can do the exercises on an easy way. I may not do the aerobic part, but do the one with weights (I love them). I feel they really help me and I enjoy them....

Girlfriend, I grew up in Tallahassee, and just got back from a visit there a couple of weeks ago!

So glad you've joined us on the Cathe forums, and I agree with you about the quality of Cathe's weight-lifting programs. Keep up the good work! Tallahassee can be brutally hot and humid for a large part of the year, so I can understand the difficulty of anyone doing aerobic work there.

From what you've posted it looks like you do Cathe's workouts from Fit TV. Do let us know if you wish any input on her DVDs, in case you want to be able to work out on your own time.

Hello Denise!

Of course I'm not Cathe, but I read your post with interest. Now, I always seem to have my nose in one book or another -- and just recently read the book EAT FAT LOOK THIN by Bruce Fife, ND and he goes over in his book thyroid type of problems and possible solutions.

Just thought I would pass this along to you.
