Intese weight lifting rotation

Can someone please help with an intense weight lifting rotation? I am only doing lifting. No cardio for 12 wks. I did Cathe's May rotation for a wk, and I am going to do it again. I am just looking for some more suggestions since i still have another month and a half to go.

How about something like this?

Sun - Muscle Endurance or Power Hour or other full body workout w/abs
Mon - Stretch
Tues - S & H Chest and Back
Wed - S & H Bis and Tris
Thurs - S & H Legs & Shldrs
Fri - Stretch plus abs
Sat - Off

You could sub in the Gym Styles for S & H, or perhaps sub in the Pure Strength Series (although the workouts in PS are kind of short).

You could also just add extra sets of any exercise where you felt you needed more of a workout.
