Pardon my ignorance, but what is the difference between "interval" training and "circuit" training? I'm trying to classify all of the DVDs I own and I'm a little hung up on what the difference is?
Intervals: Think Blast Segments (with Cathe & Amy)- Intervals are any cardio that take your HR way up for short bursts of time and then to Steady state for abit then back up again.
Circuits are cardio segment followed by Strength the cardio then strength .... Circuits in non DVD land can also be a weights circuit.. Moving from one move to the next without time for HR to go too low.
