Interval Runs in June Rotation

I've not been running on a regular basis for very long and most of my runs have been 40 minutes or less (averaging about an 8 1/2 minute mile), usually steady state cardio with a few (4-5) 30 second on/30 second off interval sprints at the very end. However, I can do all the Imax's w/o modification and consider myself and advanced exerciser. So the question is, what kind of timing/intervals would you runners recommend for someone at my level? It's on the rotation for tomorrow and I definitely want to give it my best so I need some advice.

I mix it up - a lot. One time I will do 1 min. hard then 1 min. recovery. Other times I will do 90 sec. hard with 30 sec. recovery. I think that that is really the key. Just like all the IMAX's are different, so should your interval runs.
