Interval Max 1 Almost Killed Me!

This is the SECOND time I've attempted this video. I struggled through 5 intervals until my legs just gave out -- they were literally shaking!

I've come a long way in the past year though --the last time I did the tape! I can actually jump on the step with both feet in the 4th (??) interval. I was NEVER able to do this before. Yippie!!!! :D

I'm determined to do this all the way through, with modifications of course;-) That's my fitness goal this year -- or one of them.
 
I know, I max 1 is hard! I do Imax 2 on a regular basis in the mornings on a empty stomach, but there is no way that I would be able to make it threw that one with no carbs.I don't do it very often.I like to let it sit there for a while before so that I can forget what it is about.That way I trick myself into doing it.I can make it through the workout but I don't like interval #8 and #10.This one should be rated PG13.Cause if my mom every seen this video she wouldn't let me do it:p
