Intermediate Tank Top rotation

How about this for an intermediate level tank top shoulders/arms rotation using the new sculpting workout...

Day 1: Total Body Sculpting plus Pure Strength Shoulders
Day 2: Cardio
Day 3: Total Body Sculpting plus Pure Strength Biceps
Day 4: Cardio
Day 5: Total Body Sculpting plus Pure Strength Triceps
Day 6: Cardio
Day 7: Rest

I've been enjoying the scultpting workout out this week, and plan to try this starting next week. Instead of PS, Gym Styles or Slow & Heavy could be used, and the workouts would still be about an hour.
