Intermediate rotation

I have to apologize about this, I haven't had the time to come up with an intermediate rotation. I'm actually having a hard time figuring out how to do one because Cathe's workouts are all so advanced.

Please give me a few more days and I'll come up with something. Promise!!!
 
I saw that thread and am really looking forward to this. Started with Cathe's beginner's rotation about five weeks ago (after finding her on FitTV). Found that I was definitely a beginner re: Cathe's step and cardio but not so much with strength/resistance training so I substituted the GS series for the upper and lower body workouts on the basic step DVD in that beginner's rotation. I have since mastered the stepping in basic step and body fusion, and am still working on low impact step but getting there. Really looking forward to an intermediate rotation to hopefully help me decide on new purchases that will work well and continue on the path toward my fitness goals.
