Intermediate Rotation, RapidBreath Style

RapidBreath

Cathlete
I am in the newbie category. I've finished the beginner's rotation and after taking a week off and then spending a week with Rhythmic Step I've created a new rotation for myself. As much fun as the intermediate rotations that others have posted I'm not in the financial position to purchase everything for those other rotations just as yet. So, I bought all of the "intermediate'' level discs and I will work with them as best I can until my birthday which is in March. I also have RS so I'm throwing that in too.

Generic Breakdown:
S Off
M Run with hills 30 min, Core workout,
T Interval style step wo
W Run and jump rope wo Run 2 min, walk 30 Sec. Rope 1 min. Repeat up to 60 min.
T Step circuit WO
F Run steady state long route
Sa Step steady state style

I'm still working on the beginner's running rotation. I'm adding 30 seconds to my short intervals with that per week. This week it was 2 min of running and then a 30 second walk. I live in a very hilly place so adding hills is easy. Can't be avoided. I'm just going to list the Step WO. If you don't like to run sub a different cardio for my wogging days.

Wk 1-3 And adding 1 min of running per week I should be up to 5 min
T Low Max
T C&W
Sa Step Fit

Wk 4-6 Should be up to 8 min of running then a short recovery
T Imax (yes I know its not intermediate, but it came with RS. I will do as much as I can. No risers lol!)
T LIC
Sa Step Works

Wk 7-9 Should be up to 11 min of running then a short recovery
T Imax 2
T C&W
Sa Power Max

I don't know if anybody else will enjoy this or if I'm crazy.

In my limited experience here, that looks like a LOT of cardio. I'm only seeing 1 day of weights. Just a suggestion to maybe add in more strength training, but it looks like your're a cardio junkie:D:D:D
