Intermediate rotation please....Anybody?

Hi, sorry to bug everyone, I think this has been mentioned before.

I just got done with the 12 weeks of beginning rotations. I loved them but was ready to move on. I have the hardcore series so I started the fat loss rotation section of that. SOOOOO not ready. Well at first it felt like when I was doing core max and only 20 min of IMAX 3 that it wasn't working, although there was some slight "jarring" in my back from the jumping in Imax 3. Then I was so sore for the next two days, I didn't do any workouts! :( WOW!!! I am just not ready for the advanced workouts, but I do want to move on from the beginners. What do you suggest? I hope someone else has had this same problem...and some suggestions...

Carrie, you could also try doing the rotation with modifications to each workout. For example, do IMAX 3 on a lower step then you usually use. Or only do segments 1-5, working up to all 10. Of course, you may not want to take my advice. I've never completed a rotation because I hate to modify or substitute any of the listed workouts. LOL.
 
I like Robin's idea. Perhaps do the step only premix of Imax 3. Do Lowmax on a 6" step instead of 8". That kind of thing.

I just want to say hi and let you know you're not alone.

I started with Cathe's already modified workouts on FitTV. What a surprise when I bought a few of the complete workouts and couldn't even get halfway through KPC! I felt defeated...I wanted to do the "whole workout." So, I've adjusted my short-term goals. I'll modify and substitute, but do a little more each time. Carrie, we will get there!
